Motion "This House Would Repudiated History"

           History is derived from the Greek "historia", meaning the investigation, knowledge, discovery, collection, and presentation of information about past events. History can also mean the period of time after writing was invented. History is a study that uses a narrative to examine and analyze the sequence of events, and sometimes try to objectively investigate the patterns of cause and effect that determine events. History is events that have happened in the past. History systematically arranged by relics to know the progress of events in the past.

       I disagree of the opinion that history will be rejected. I think history is a topic that is very interesting science. Not only that, history also teaches things that are very important, especially about: the success and failure of our leaders, the economic system ever, other forms of government, and other important things in human life along the history. From history, we can learn anything that affects the progress and fall of a country or a civilization. We can also study the background of the political reasons, the influence of social philosophy, and cultural and technological are manifold all time.

     History can satisfy the curiosity about life, knowledge and skills, such as navigating the knowledge given by our ancestors. History can bequeath ancient cultures and educational for people to reflect past events which success or failure can be a source of inspiration and guide for the nation in the present and future. With a history that we can learn about the origins of language, place and everything in the past. Without history we can not know who we are, that is about our family tree, and if we reject history so that we do not respect our ancestors and heroes of the past. As high as knowledge person, will not be useful if it does not know history, history gives us knowledge of how the world works, what has been tried before and what the outcome, and can help shaping who we are personally. history is important because in the words of George Santayana that "those who do not know his past, is condemned to repeat it"

         We must understand the past to understand the present. Maybe not to learn, but to have a basic understanding of the major historical events, history can be seen as everything that happened yesterday, so the element of history is important in everything that exists and even everyday life. Even if you are not interested in human behavior, politics or society, learn the history allows you to integrate with your culture. Thousands of daily proverb has its roots in history. Whatever your interests, to be even vaguely expert on the topic you need to know the history of a particular object. In a sense all knowledge is historical study. Formal study of history teaches you to evaluate evidence and reach conclusions.

           If we do not learn the history how we learn from our mistakes?
History is important to understand how humans have developed, and what we can afford. It really shows how complex human beings, and how we are predicted. If we learn from history we will have a better future

         History is the collective memory of mankind. Do you want to face each new day without you accumulated wisdom? Manipulation techniques are always the same period, and only studied history will allow you to have some ability to withstand other people trying to manipulate you. Especially with dumbed-down modern media, which too often reported without reference to historical events and thus receive what to do and say at face value, we as individuals have to equip themselves with the ability to think critically.

        History can serve as a mediator or connecting between the current generation with the older generation. The present generation may know and understand the events that happened in the past so that the present generation is expected to determine the attitudes and actions to achieve a brighter future. other than that, history can provide motivation to achieve progress towards a better place. With a history we can compare life today with the past, maybe if there is a history there, there would be no modern times like now. today will be history in the future.

           The conclusion, we are all products of our past history. To understand history is to know how our ancestors lived and what they went through to get us to where we are today. In other words, the best way to know yourself is to learn about your past. Without including the lives of your ancestors in your studies, you leave the important pieces of the puzzle of your own life. History can help us understand what works and what does not in the past. From there, we can learn and avoid repeating the same mistakes.
